Fhiwa is a career advisor at Post Grad Project, founder of Cove (a career navigation tool white-labeled for universities and affinity groups), and founder of Blueprint ME, a leadership program for teenagers from immigrant and asylum-seeking families.
Over a decade he's been Country Manager for Wefarm in Uganda, Head of Alumni Programs at Lambda School, President of a Teamshares small business, and Director of Global Operations at MassChallenge — work that put him across the table from thousands of operators, founders, and job-seekers navigating hard pivots.
